LEESBURG, Fla. -- Leesburg police are investigating the report a rape inside of a hospital.
Police said Justin Nicholson raped a woman at the Lifestream Mental Health Center in Leesburg. The victim said it happened when Nicholson was at the hospital.
Both are students at the National Deaf Academy in Mount Dora.
Nicholson is in the Lake County jail, charged with sexual battery.
